G20 Protest A trio of protesters produce identification taunting police to allow them to approach the Group of Twenty summit's Security Fence. The infamous five metre rule which alleged that police had the right to arrest anyone approaching within five metres of the fence who refused to provide identification -- widely circulated in the media -- proved a complete falsehood.
